ABOUT ME
My name is Dylan Miettinen (he/him). Currently based in beautiful Crown Heights, Brooklyn, I work as a digital producer at American Public Media's Marketplace.
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, I graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in spring 2021, with majors in journalism, English and sociology.
I like to keep busy. When not constantly repainting or redecorating my apartment, I explore Brooklyn's many parks, coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars. I'm an avid traveler and have a goal of visiting 30 countries by the age of 30. (Four years and only five more countries to go!) I love to cook for my friends and loved ones. I'm also trying to more actively pursue creative outlets — namely sketching, creative writing and (very rough) attempts at watercolors.
